the design looks lovely , clearly a preference for autobias and interstage coupling
low voltages are ok since it is for pre amp use .( i think 2A3 would be better )
very nice powersupply , dc on filaments , ( necessary because it is used as a pre amp )
this is an all 300B amp , the japanese are quite serious about DHT even, for pre amps !!!!!!
