this schematic was drawn to promote the 572-10 series of triodes , eric uses the 6BM8 tube for the driving job

a common cathode gain stage , followed by a CF for low impedance driving of the 572-10 , with its high mu its

quite easy to drive , especially at low voltages ( for this tube 450volts is too low )

Thats the problem here , it should be running at 700 to 850volts .
