General conditions :

We cannot be held responsible for personal damage or accidents of any nature that occurred using oure components ,

or kits or build devices ,even if the damage is due to malfunctioning equiptment , production errors or material defects.

Any complaints should be communicated within 8 days from delivery in writing , with mention of specimen and of the method used for evaluation .

The goods must be returned at the customers expense .

We consider that oure products reach you in good condition , in principle they are not taken back .serious complaints can only be taken into account if the specifications are inferior to those listed by the manufacterer .therefore oure warranty is the one that the manufacturerer gives ,

any data or application samples are mentioned in good faith.consequently , any mistakes do not engender liability on our behalf.

As soon as an order is given , the customer must himself calculate the total amount , and mention the articles he wishes to order ,

we will give a written reply that acknoledge this , so he can accept the order
Then his account will be charged for the agreed sum or he must wire the money to oure account , .the customer commits himself to pay for the goods

allthough he has not yet received them .

Visa cardholders can use oure secured webpage or fax there card information .

Shipping is at customers expense and risk , delivery time is entirely indicatif and not binding , delays are not a cause for damage claims from the client

can not void the order .

All goods remain the property of Aquablue until full payment .

While executing an order or custumising a design we can allways ask for a downpayment or cancel the order as we see fit with a written statement ,

however the client is not entitled for compensation .

Unless agreed otherwise oure prices and offers are only mentioned for information purposes only and do not entail any commitment on oure behalf ,

all prices charged are those in effect

Any legal dispute will be treated under Belgian law and only the justice of the peace courrt and the tribunals of Antwerp will be qualified in such matter.
